Our Return Policy
Please keep your receipt - proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange.
A full refund may be processed within 15 days or store credit provided within 45 days of the original date of purchase. Merchandise must have all original tags and packaging intact, and must not be worn or used in any way that would render the item unsellable in order to qualify for a refund or store credit. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is in resellable condition. Any associated shipping cost for returning items is the customer's responsibility.
All items sold at 30% off or more are considered final sale.
Underwear, swimsuits, sleeping bags, tents, gift cards, special orders and digital merchandise of any kind are also considered final sale.
When purchasing products at our physical store, we strongly recommend that you ask for your purchase to be put under your name in our system. If you loose your receipt we will have a copy on file.
1. I bought an item with a gift card, can it be returned to cash or credit card?
If you bought an item with a gift card you may not return for cash value. It can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
2. I cannot find my tags or packaging, can I bring my item in return or exchange?
Please do not remove any tags from the item if you want to return it. We will not process a return or exchange on items without the original tags attached. Items that come in a box or bag must be put back in their original packaging and the packaging must be in good condition.
3. I can't find my receipt, can I return my item?
Keep your receipts! A proof of purchase is required for all returns. When purchasing product from our store, we strongly recommend that you ask for your purchase to be put under your name in our system, and have a receipt emailed to you. Should you loose your receipt we will have a copy on file, and one will exist in your email.
4. I bought an item online and need to exchange for a new size
Due to the nature of our system, products bought through our online store cannot be exchanged. Instead simply return the product for a refund, you are then invited to place a new order for a product that will better suit your needs.
5. How long to online returns take to process?
Returns by mail are received Monday to Friday. Once we receive your return we check the product. Merchandise must have all original packaging in tact and must not be worn or used in any way that would render the item unsellable in order to qualify for a return. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is in resellable condition. If the product meets our requirements, we issue a refund. Once the refund is issued it can take up to 5 business days for it to appear on your credit card statement.
6. I am returning an item from outside of Canada, how does this work?
For all international orders, please note that you are responsible for customs charges, taxes, duties and all other fees associated with the return. Contact your courier for details about the fees that may be incurred when shipping internationally.
If you are shipping the return from the United States we suggest the United States Postal Service (USPS), because their fees are usually the lowest. Additional fees charged at the border are usually paid at the receiving end, therefore we will deduct those fee, if any, from your reimbursement.
